Enterprise Leadership Academy

Overview

The Enterprise Leadership Academy is a cohort-based leadership development experience designed to accelerate the readiness of high-potential Directors and early VPs for enterprise-level impact. Delivered over the course of a year, the program blends in-person retreats, virtual sessions, peer coaching, asynchronous learning, and on-the-job application to strengthen strategic leadership capabilities across four core domains: transformational presence, enterprise agility, data-driven decision intelligence, and healthcare ecosystem impact.

The Challenge

The organization needed a sustainable, high-impact solution to strengthen its senior leadership pipeline and prepare emerging executives for complex, enterprise-wide roles. Participants were experienced, time-constrained leaders who required a program that felt immediately relevant, performance-aligned, and integrated with the business’s transformation agenda.

Solution & Design Approach

The program was built around four progressive modules, each culminating in an in-person retreat. Between retreats, participants engaged in weekly micro-learning, structured reflection, peer coaching, and deliverable development. The design emphasized relevance, reinforcement, and application through manager touchpoints and scaffolded assignments. The program concluded with a Capstone Showcase, where each participant presented a strategic innovation proposal aligned to enterprise priorities.
